Our Story
From China to the World
Growing up in a beach-side town in China,Our founder Yong Wu started the Apex Drones (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. with an epic vision in mind. He wanted to take China's flying dream to the rest of the world, so that everyone can fulfill the endless flying dream in their hearts.
Picture this: It's 2002 and Apex began to focus on the core software business of intelligent drone, starting from the core and seting a solid foundation for future development.
It's our simple beginnings and lessons learnt from those early years that have set the foundations we still work upon today. And it's what it's what set us on the path to fulfilling our purpose of making a positive difference in to people's fliying dream.
Making It Reality
In 2010, we went deep into the production of finished products and started the design and manufacture of flight such as intelligent flying toys and consumer toys. We have introduced a number of large-scale equipment such as high-speed automatic SMT production line, plug-in line, assembly line, automatic assembly line, plane wave soldering machine, injection molding machine, etc. to meet production needs. In August of the same year, Apex established a mold workshop and expanded the production workshop from 3,500 ㎡ to 12,000 ㎡.
By the early of 2015, the subsidiary company "Shenzhen GooDrone intelligent technology Co., Ltd." was established, and in the same year, it was rated as a high-tech enterprises. The subsidiary company focuses on the research and development of high-end drone and robot projects, has its own R&D team, has obtained patented technology in just one year, and has 27 patented products.
Today we have more than 500 production staff, a R&D team of more than 30 senior engineers and two sales teams. The factory integrates R&D, appearance design, manufacturing and sales, including mold design, hardware & software function development, injection molding, high-speed paster, automated assembly, etc., quickly transform products from R&D to production, and provide customers with efficient services and greater value.
To this end, we continue to work hard.Again and again. so far, we have obtained 62 patented products and certifications, and passed the ISO9001, GSV , ICTI and BSCI audit for global export, and our products are exported to Europe, America, South Korea and other countries.
